Today we watched a documentary on the Great Depression. Watch the 2 video clips below and take notes on a peice of notebook paper. Turn this in. Focus your notes on the follwoing questions...
a. How did life change once the depression hit?
b. What were different struggles that Americans faced?
c. What were different government responses?
d. What was the CULTURE like? – Entertainment, art, literature, celebrities, etc etc.
e. TAKE NOTES ON KEY TERMS – like HOBOs, Hoovervilles, Bonus Army, etc. Anything
that seems like a vocabulary term would be useful to take note of.
